These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your use of the bet63 platform ("Platform", "Site", "bet63"), operated by the bet63 brand, accessible at https://bet63.cam. These Terms apply to all users who access, browse, register on or place wagers through the Platform.

By creating an account, depositing funds or placing any bet or wager on bet63, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

The Platform covers sports betting (including cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other live sports), esports markets, live dealer casino, slots and instant games — with account balances displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

In these Terms, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an account on bet63, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or by the laws applicable to you. Providing false information regarding your age is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• You are responsible for ensuring that your account details remain accurate and up to date. Notify support if your contact information or payment details change.
• You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts or other technical means to access or interact with the Platform without express written authorisation from bet63.
• You are responsible for any taxes, duties or levies that may apply to your winnings under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. bet63 does not withhold or remit any taxes on your behalf.

bet63 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with your account security obligations.

All deposits and withdrawals on bet63 are processed through the payment methods made available on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Familiar Pakistani payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided for informational context. These names do not imply that those institutions endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling activities on this Platform.

• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit thresholds apply and are disclosed on the deposit page. These may vary by payment method.
• Currency: Account balances are displayed in PKR. Actual processing currency and conversion rates may vary depending on the selected payment method.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) checks. Withdrawal timelines vary and are not guaranteed.
• Withdrawal Method: bet63 reserves the right to process withdrawals via the same method used for the corresponding deposit. Withdrawal to a different payment method may require additional verification.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met in full.
• Fees: bet63 does not charge withdrawal processing fees except where explicitly stated. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, for which bet63 is not responsible.

All bets and wagers placed on the bet63 sportsbook, live casino, slots and other game categories are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market or game type, as displayed on the relevant product page. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Bets are final once confirmed. bet63 does not accept bet cancellation requests except in cases of manifest error on the part of bet63 (including but not limited to incorrect odds caused by a technical fault).
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and may vary by market, event and user tier. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live-feed availability. Disruptions to live data feeds may result in market suspension. bet63 is not liable for losses arising from live-data delays.
• Results are determined according to official sources. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any sporting event, bet63's determination based on available official data shall be final.
• bet63 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, on incorrect odds or as a result of a technical malfunction. Users will be notified of any void and their stakes returned.
• Live casino and slot outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures administered by third-party game providers. bet63 is not responsible for the operational integrity of third-party game software beyond what is contractually required.

bet63 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, reload promotions, referral rewards, birthday credits and other promotional offers. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement (also referred to as a "rollover") before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirement multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While Bonus Funds are active, a maximum single-bet or per-round stake limit applies. Bets exceeding this limit while Bonus Funds are in play may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute to Wagering Requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games, live dealer and certain other products may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%). The contribution table for each promotion is disclosed in its specific terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unused Bonus Funds will expire if not utilised within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Expiry periods vary by promotion.
• One Bonus Per User: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotions are limited to one per user, household, IP address or device.
• Illustrative Values: Any PKR amounts mentioned in promotional materials (including on this page or the homepage) are illustrative examples only. Actual bonus values, minimum deposits and cashback rates are governed by the promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.
• Right to Modify or Withdraw: bet63 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time. Material changes will be communicated to affected users wherever practicable.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet63 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and/or reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts or participating in any form of bonus abuse, including systematic wagering that exploits promotional terms.
• Colluding with other users, match-fixing, using insider information or engaging in any conduct that undermines the integrity of sports events or casino games.
• Using any software, tool, strategy or technique — including arbitrage, hedging systems, or "each-way" exploitation — that is designed to circumvent the Platform's commercial model, as determined by bet63 in its sole discretion.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen, false or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is prohibited, through the use of a VPN, proxy server or other anonymisation service.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users, employees or support staff of bet63.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal activity.

All content on the bet63 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, data compilations and game assets — is the property of bet63 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from bet63.

Third-party game titles, logos and trademarks displayed on the Platform belong to their respective owners. Their presence on the Platform does not imply any endorsement of bet63 by those third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet63 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bet63 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures or circumstances beyond bet63's control may result in temporary unavailability.

bet63 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity problems, device failures, or third-party service outages that affect your ability to access the Platform or complete transactions.

bet63 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that allow users to manage their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are prepared to lose over a defined period.

• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gambling for a specified period.

bet63 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bet63 reasonably suspects or determines that:

• The user has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account has been used in connection with fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity;
• The user has provided false information during registration or at any other time;
• Continued provision of services to the user would expose bet63 to regulatory, legal or reputational risk;
• The user is accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bet63 reserves the right to withhold some or all funds in the account, subject to applicable regulatory and legal obligations. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the user via an appropriate payment method following identity verification.

Users may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be actioned within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any open bets and outstanding balance resolution.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform or any transaction conducted through the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless a mandatory provision of local law requires otherwise.

Nothing in this clause prevents bet63 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent misuse of the Platform.

bet63 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bet63 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered users via email, in-platform notification or a prominent notice on this page. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
